TESTIMONY: Volume 3 was Deb Watson's last effort to keep the magazine going. This issue was printed using her own printer at home, so there is no digital Flip Book version available, only a pdf file. She was at a point where she was stretched - both financially and having the available time she needed to work on putting it together. Every time she thought about finding a partner to come alongside her with this ministry, the name of Sarah Phillips would come to mind, though she only knew her as an acquaintance through Kineo classes.

In July of 2024, Sarah Phillips felt the nudge from God to submit one of her writings to the magazine for the upcoming issue. Upon contacting Deb, Sarah was told that the magazine may no longer be printed because of financial and time limitations.​ Sarah then asked if there was anything she could do to help Deb keep it going since she, and many others in the church, enjoyed reading them. Deb mentioned how she had considered bringing on a partner to help. Sarah then revealed how she felt that God had called her to create something similar a year before but ignored the call and never moved forward with it.

 

In August of 2024, Deb offered the partnership position to Sarah and the rest is history!

For Sarah, it was a sober reminder that if He calls you to do something and you ignore Him, He often will find someone else who will obey and fulfill His plans. Yet in His goodness, He made it so that Sarah could still step into her calling, and, in faith, Deb and Sarah could continue to reach many people with the resources they may need. Through the process, Deb and Sarah have not only formed a partnership, but also a friendship, and they are both so very thankful for how God worked everything out.

 

He is faithful. And He is oh so good.
